Wilder Catering is offering a Chicken Lentil Stew entrée featuring local Link’d Hearts Ranch chicken or a Vegetable Lentil Stew entrée. Both entrées are made with Palouse lentils, Idaho potatoes, carrots, onions, celery, cauliflower and peas.
Add on dessert: Coconut rice pudding with cinnamon, cardamom and pistachio crumble.
Meal will be available 4pm-7pm only at the Tuesday Holiday Market on December 16, at the Latah County Fairgrounds.
