Meadowlark Heritage Farm goat milk soaps are made in small batches with fresh, raw goat milk from our own herd of dairy goats using the cold process method. Each bar is individually cut and then cured between 4 - 6 weeks to produce a long lasting soap!

Why Use Goat Milk Soap?
Suitable for dry or sensitive skin; keeps skin healthy and moist. Contains vitamin A which is necessary to repair damaged skin. Contains alpha hydroxy acids that help remove old dead skin cells and leave new smoother skin. Ability to moisturize due to fat and protein composition of goat milk. Contains naturally-occurring glycerin that is removed in commercial soaps.
Please note: Most fragrances used are from essential oils, although some are from natural fragrance oils which have no preservatives or harsh chemicals. Essential oils do not always have a strong fragrance but they do maintain the aromatherapy properties of the original plant. Natural fragrance oils are used for when a stronger scent is desired and that has not transferred accurately when distilled into essential oils. Also, many of our soaps contain gentle exfoliants made from natural ingredients.
